Welcome Black is Texas Christian University’s annual BSA event celebrating the start of a new year and welcoming students back to campus. Join us at 7:00 PM in the Intercultural Center (ICC) for a night centered on Black community, culture, connection, and fun.
Hosted by the Black Student Association, Welcome Black is a space dedicated to uplifting and celebrating Black and Brown students while welcoming everyone in the TCU community to come together, make new connections, and find a sense of home on campus. The night will include food, music, games, giveaways, photos, campus resources, and opportunities to connect with BSA and become a member.
Come as you are, bring your friends, and kick off the year surrounded by joy, community, and Black excellence.

WELCOME BLACK
The Texas Christian University Black Student Association is an organization dedicated to unifying TCU African-American students toward the following common goals and objectives, increasing the enrollment, retention and graduation of the Black, African-American and minority students at TCU, increasing positive activism and participation of Black and African-American organizations and students on campus, serving as an umbrella organization, main support system and connection, for all marginalized community organizations on campus, increasing the amount of support provided by TCU to the Black/African-American and minority community and providing a conscientious voice for all Black and African American individuals and organizations at TCU. TCU Engage membership will be accepted once membership dues are paid. Please email our treasurer, Justus Bedford, j.c.bedford@tcu.edu, if you are requesting to be a member.
