Virtual Yoga with Dr. Quinn
This live Zoom yoga class is suitable for individuals of all levels, ages, experiences, abilities, and limitations. All are welcome to attend. Dr. Quinn will lead you through a one-hour series of yoga postures designed to center, open, focus, strengthen, and restore. You can practice in whatever clothes help your feel comfortable for movement. You’ll likely find it helpful to have a mat, water, and yoga blocks or something else that you can use for a support if needed (e.g., laundry detergent bottles, a stack of books, etc.). However, if all you have is yourself, then you’ll absolutely be able to participate. Dr. Quinn teaches in the College of Education and is also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher.
