TCU rangers Tryouts

Friday Apr 28 - Apr 29 | 6:00 pm - 2:30 pm

The TCU Rangers is a co-ed spirit program of enthusiastic TCU students committed to generating crowd participation and excitement at TCU athletic events and TCU community gatherings not just on campus but also around the city of Fort Worth. The TCU Rangers are the caretakers of the Frog Horn, a bright, loud and purple tradition weighing in at over 3,000 pounds, blowing smoke, and sounding the Horn which lets everyone near TCU know that the Horned Frogs have scored. While Rangers sound the Frog Horn, another one is on the other side of the field waving the TCU Battle Flag. You can find the TCU Rangers on field with their hats and buckles at every home football, soccer, volleyball and baseball game.

-Tryouts will start on April 28 at around 5 p.m. at a site yet to be determined.
-On the 29th, we will begin at 8 a.m. at the Outdoor Football Practice Fields, located behind the John Justin Athletic Center.

About Rangers

TCU rangers Tryouts
The TCU Rangers are a Spirit Organization that supports the Horned Frog Football Team by standing on the field and sounding the Frog Horn throughout the game. Off the field we have strong ties to community service. Our main philanthropy is the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Worth but we volunteer in many other ways.
