Meditation Group for Stress, Anxiety, and Sleep

This group teaches a variety of meditation methods including sitting, walking, calming, and energizing meditation which are helpful in reducing stress and anxiety and improving sleep. This group is for TCU students only.

The Counseling & Mental Health Center promotes psychological health, well-being, and resources for TCU students to cope with personal and academic challenges. Our services include: consultation and referral, individual and group counseling, outreach and prevention education, crisis intervention, and psychiatric evaluations and consultations.
