Identity-Based Leadership: Black Women/Black Feminism

he Office of Student Identity and Engagement offers a leadership certificate program for Texas Christian University students that promotes a supportive and energizing learning environment designed to help students envision their own future. The DEI&B Leadership Certificate program provides engaging workshops and programs aimed to optimize students’ capacity to grow and flourish in a diverse and changing world, by building their skills, knowledge, and awareness. Improvement in these areas enhances participants’ ability to effectively engage and work with diverse populations and value the lived experiences of all students and respect one’s inherent dignity and the value each of them adds to our community. Registration into the certificate is not required, enrollment is automatic upon attendance of any of the following workshops. Please note that the leadership certificate program is only available to the TCU undergraduate student community.
