Thursday Mar 23 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

You’ll learn:

– Some of the reasons why fashion changed and when and how it did (for example, why hemlines rose and corsets were replaced by brassieres).
– How world historical events, changes in lifestyle, changes in the fashion system impacted fashion and design.
– How great designers, such as Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel have influenced fashion.
– About defining moments in fashion history, such as Dior’s New Look and the development of unisex styles.
