The selection process for the Neeley Leadership Program begins with information sessions in mid-fall and application submittal in February. The Neeley School's BNSF Neeley Leadership Program is designed to develop exceptional undergraduate business students into the next generation of business leaders. Innovative courses, coaching, community service projects, and co-curricular activities give students the opportunity to learn about themselves and hone their leadership skills.
