LeaderKids is an operating program of Leadership Fort Worth in partnership with Fort Worth Independent School District and the TCU Office of Leadership and Student Involvement. LeaderKid participants are selected eighth-grade students representing different middle schools from the school district. TCU students are selected to mentor these students. Each year, participants in LeaderKids attend monthly meetings and take on an 8-month community service project.
