Texas Christian University’s Campus Recreation & Wellness Promotion TCU Campus Recreation & Wellness Promotion offers education, activities, equipment, classes and events to aid in making your experience at TCU well-rounded and enjoyable. We offer a weight room, cardio deck, group exercise classes, personal training, massage therapy, sport clubs, intramural sports, outdoor programs, 2 indoor pools in our natatorium and a recreational outdoor pool area. Additionally, we have a game room and TV lounge for those moments when you just want to play pool or take a moment away from studying. Please explore the section(s) you are interested in knowing more about and we will look forward to seeing you at The Rec. Mission To promote lifelong wellness through holistic education and quality recreation programs, services, and facilities that enhance the university experience through participation & leadership.
