Adán Medrano: Truly Texas Mexican

On Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 5:30PM – 6:30PM via Zoom, we will be hosting Adán Medrano. Mr. Medrano is a chef, food writer, and filmmaker, and he will be discussing Native American influences on Texas cuisine and how food has been a means of cultural retention and resistance.
