Virtual Meditation with Dr. Quinn
Weekly live Zoom meditation sessions will be led by Dr. Quinn throughout the summer. During the session, Dr. Quinn will help you find a seated posture in which you can work towards stillness and quiet. The sessions may vary slightly, but you can always expect some moments of silence and breath work. Each session will be 15 minutes long, with some time for questions or discussion afterwards if participants choose. Meditation sessions are open to and suitable for individuals of all levels, ages, experiences, abilities and limitations.
