Do you have a loved one causing you stress? Join other TCU students staying sane and happy despite a loved one’s substance use or mental illness.

The Ripple Effect is a NEW supportive community, so this is the perfect time to check it out!
Ripple Effect is an open and anonymous meeting for any TCU student who has been affected by a loved one’s substance use, addiction, and/or mental disorder.

Whether it is your parent, sibling, roommate, best friend, significant other, grandparent, or other relative– if it is causing you stress or discontentment, we welcome you to the meeting to find hope and solutions.

No registration needed; just show up!

Meetings are every other Friday at 10am in Jarvis 204.

Meeting dates include October 22, November 5 and 19, and December 3.

About Substance Use & Recovery Services

Ripple Effect Peer Support Community
Substance Use & Recovery Services (SURS) provides education and resources regarding alcohol and other drugs to the TCU community. Programs and services include individual alcohol and other drug screening assessments, brief counseling, educational presentations, peer education, leadership trainings, campus-wide prevention and awareness campaigns, and recovery support. Staff members are also available to help students intervene with friends about whom they are concerned.
