Pizza > Patriarchy

Tuesday Sep 18 | 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Come and join us for our second meeting of the year, Pizza>Patriarchy. At the meeting, we will be discussing what intersectionality means, why it’s important and how it applies to you! At the meeting, there will be plenty of pizza to enjoy while we watch videos and learn to understand why S.A.G.E is built on the principles of intersectionality. Finally, there will be super fun poster making for our ongoing campaign for why feminism is important and what feminism means to you!! So come hungry and ready for some arts and crafts!

About Students Acting for Gender Equity

The purpose of this organization is to raise awareness for gender equity on the TCU campus and in the Fort Worth community, empower women, provide a community of likeminded individuals, and promote gender justice activism. This organization is rooted in intersectional feminist values and principles, and will work toward creating a more just campus climate for all people regardless of gender.
