Lead OUT Loud Director Board Applications Extended

We are seeking outstanding student leaders to apply for our new Director Board for Lead OUT Loud, a First-Year Leadership Opportunity (FLO) at TCU.
We’re looking for passionate and engaged students to help shape this exciting program.
What roles are available: Director of Belonging – Organizes social/community events and enhances visibility for Lead OUT Loud.
Director of Community Engagement – Leads service initiatives and community outreach efforts.
Director of Personal & Professional Development – Creates opportunities for students to grow personally and professionally.
Director of Leadership & Involvement – Develops leadership workshops, events, and opportunities for campus engagement.
What is Lead OUT Loud?
Lead OUT Loud is a dynamic and empowering first-year leadership cohort designed for students who are interested in learning more about the LGBTQ+ community and allyship. This program fosters a welcoming space to build meaningful connections, develop leadership skills, explore identity, and contribute to a more inclusive and affirming campus environment.

About Student Identity & Engagement

Lead OUT Loud Director Board Applications Extended
The mission of the unit of Student Identity and Engagement is to promote diversity, inclusiveness, and cultural awareness throughout the TCU community. Student Identity and Engagement also provides students of diverse backgrounds with the necessary resources to transition into college life and succeed on campus and beyond. The department provides support, guidance, and encouragement to TCU students, faculty and staff through a variety of services: cultural programming, mentoring, diversity training, and academic/community involvement. Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to assist with planning events and programs. In addition to student services, Student Identity and Engagement assists the University with institutional planning and policy formation regarding diversity and inclusiveness.
