FREE MEDITATION CLASSES @ THE REC
Join us for a free meditation where we will use techniques – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Join us on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:00pm at The Rec in Multi-Purpose Room #2.
