Building Equity and Social Justice through the Arts: A Community Town Hall Meeting

Tuesday Oct 23 | 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

What is the relationship between the arts and social justice work at TCU?

To complete their fall residency at TCU, DNAWORKS co-directors Adam McKinney (Assistant
Professor of Dance, School for Classical & Contemporary Dance, TCU) and Daniel Banks invite all of TCU to join in a community-wide dialogue about the role of social justice work on TCU’s
campus—Where is it happening? Where is it not happening? Where do community members wish to see it happen?

Join us for a conversation about creativity, social change, and community responsibility. DNAWORKS is an award-winning, Fort Worth-based arts and service organization dedicated to dialogue and healing through the arts that has led similar conversations around the country as well as internationally.
