Wellness is a positive perspective on life. Wellness is a lifelong pursuit of living into the best version of oneself. Wellness involves developing personal values, making balanced choices, and supporting healthy behaviors that enhance one’s life and positively affect the community. Frog Life Educators is a program run by the Wellness Education office, are student leaders committed to educating other students about topics such as stress management, healthy sleep habits, sexual health, responsible alcohol use, and other similar health and wellness issues.
