Kalisha Holland, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, General Director Talent Acquisition, has dedicated her entire professional career to BNSF Railway, contributing over 20 years of service across roles in Accounting, Technology, Marketing, and Operations. As one of the highest-ranking Black professionals at BNSF, Kalisha leads transformative initiatives to attract, engage, and retain a diverse workforce, fostering equity and belonging. Her leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Dallas, a BOLD Woman by Girls Inc., and a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains.

The TCU Neeley Office of Inclusive Excellence is a physical space for ALL Horned Frogs to gather & connect across differences. The office is focused on creating and supporting a vibrant community that welcomes, embeds, respects and champions diverse cultures, identities and lived experiences. This office leads a summer bridge program for high school students to help cultivate interest in business careers and create pathways to enrollment. Other access initiatives include: need based funding for professional attire and Microsoft Office Certification training and tests.
