On the Jarvis Lawn this week!

Looking for a Spiritual Wellness practice this semester? Join the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and walk the Labyrinth. Each week the Labyrinth will move to a different location, and clues to its whereabouts will be provided on RSL’s social media (@tcursl). This reflective practice is a great way to re-focus and re-center yourself for the coming week, and all are welcome to participate. The Labyrinth will take place every Wednesday from 12-1 p.m. outdoors. If you have any questions, please contact Emily Sagraves at e.sagraves@tcu.edu.

Looking for an in person community to join this Fall? We would love to have you join RSL’s Fall Book Club1 Over the course of 5 weeks, we will do a deep dive into The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown.
This book focuses on setting boundaries and learning to accept our imperfections so that we may navigate life without worrying about what others are thinking. We hope that by the end of it, you feel more confident and secure in who you are!
