Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Group

Accessible to all levels and abilities, with chair and mat variations offered. The practices will be trauma-sensitive, which includes, always having the choice of how and whether to participate, and participants will always be offered a way to give themselves a pause and return to practice as they are ready.
