This three-session group is for TCU students and is intended to help increase your understanding and knowledge about anxiety. The goal is to provide you with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms that you may be experiencing. Our hope is that these three sessions will provide a jumping board from which to integrate skills into your daily life in the service of reducing anxiety.

Dungeons and Dragons Supportive Community

Our Dungeons & Dragons Supportive Community aims to engage with students by playing D&D to develop healthy relationships built upon listening, empathy, creativity, and respect, use their critical problem-solving skills, and empower them to practice self-discovery and heroism. This pilot program is led by TCU staff members with the support of the Counseling & Mental Health Center.

About Alcohol and Drug Education

TCU Core Survey
Alcohol & Drug Education (ADE) provides education and resources regarding alcohol and other drugs to the TCU community. Programs and services include individual alcohol and other drug screening assessments, brief counseling, educational presentations, peer education, leadership trainings, campus-wide prevention and awareness campaigns, and recovery support. Staff members are also available to help students intervene with friends about whom they are concerned.
