Students FALL 2024 TCU CAMPUS

SKY Campus Happiness at TCU for Students

Tuesday Aug 29 - Dec 15 | 11:30 am - 11:30 pm

Students can avail a 9 hour Retreat with Trained Teacher (who have taught students on other university campuses). The SKY Retreat is a evidence based breathing and meditation practice that can reduce stress in the body and mind. It is the cornerstone program offered by Art of Living Foundation.

To avail the Retreat students have to participate in the wellness study, for which
1) Students take 2 surveys (15-20 minutes each time).
2) They are invited to the retreat. Retreat cost is paid for by the TCU IS Grant received to conduct the study.
3) Exit Survey completed and study participation is complete.
4) those who wish to advance in meditation can contact Dr. Reddy for information on Silent Retreat that will be conducted on TCU Campus at the end of Fall or early part of Spring Semester

Learn Evidence Based Breathwork that will immediately relax you body, mind and put you at ease, reducing stress and improving a deep rest and sleep.

Friday – Saturday – Sunday (3 hours each day). You complete the learning with a take home practice that can be used daily to improve your wellbeing.
