Keep Calm and Stress Less is a three-session workshop for students intended to help increase your understanding and knowledge about anxiety. The goal is to provide you with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms that you may be experiencing. Our hope is that these three sessions will provide a jumping board from which to integrate skills into daily life in the service of reducing anxiety.
