The Alcohol Experiment
Curious about sobriety or mindfulness drinking? Learn more and take the 30-day alcohol-free challenge!
The Alcohol Experiment at TCU offers a judgment-free support community for any TCU student who has ever wondered what life without alcohol is like. The rules are simple: Abstain from drinking for 30 days, show up to a few weekly meetings and just see how you feel. We equip you with science-backed information to address the cultural and emotional conditioning we experience around alcohol. The result is a mindful approach that puts you back in control. Learn what feels good for you. It’s your body, your mind, and your choice.
The Alcohol Experiment at TCU starts March 25 through April 25, 2021! Can you imagine having a great time socializing without alcohol? Sleeping better, having less anxiety, and actually feeling more relaxed without alcohol? The Alcohol Experiment at TCU doesn’t require any commitment from you. Simply take part in the challenges and allow the opportunity to show you how rewarding life can really be. You will feel healthier, look better, and be more confident in knowing you don’t have to drink to relax or enjoy yourself. The choice is yours!
This TCU support community will meet 4 times throughout the 30-day challenge. Please go to the link below to fill out the form and let us know which days/times you can meet!
